The GazettE new look "division"

An Café
An cafe (アンティック-珈琲店-), is a Japanese Oshare kei band formed in 2003 and signed to the independent label LOOP ASH. The band is composed of five members,which are all male.
Brief History
An Cafe was formed when Miku, Kanon and Bou found each other through an internet website while searching for people with similar interests. Teruki was not yet a part of the band, although they still released their first demo Oopu-ngu (Ope.ning) on June 17, 2003. Not long after, on July 2nd, they released a second demo called Uzumaki Senshokutai/Hatsukoi. During this time Teruki was in his former band 'Feathers Blue'. After Teruki joined the band, and until mid-April 2007, the line-up for the band had not changed, and consisted of Miku on vocals, Bou on guitar, Kanon on bass, and Teruki on drums.
Band Name
On official sources the band name has been written in many different ways. The most consistent has been "アンティック-珈琲店-" (antikku -kōhīten-), which appears on all releases and on the official website.
The COSMOS single (released in 2004) had the name written as "ANTIC CAFE" (with "アンティック-珈琲店-" written underneath). All releases since then have had the name written as "AN CAFE" (but still with "アンティック-珈琲店-" written underneath). Due to the amount of material released containing this version of the name it seems as though this is now the preferred choice of the band. Because of it being written アンティック (antikku), it has led many fans to believe that it is "Antique Cafe" and not "Antic Cafe". This is a common misconception, and as numerous interviews state, it is indeed Antic Cafe.
Initially, vocalist Miku believed that the band should be called Athletic Cafe, but a quick search through the dictionary to look up the word "Athletic" the word "Antic" was close to it and the word antic proved to be a much more appropriate name to him and the band.

Bou's Departure
On April 17, 2007, information was leaked that stated Bou would be leaving the band for personal reasons. Bou played his final performance with the band on the 30th of April in 2007. Rumors have started claiming that his parents are ill, and he is quitting to care for them also that he had issues with the company.These rumors in no way, have been confirmed yet.

In 2010, it has been confirmed that An Cafe will be taking a break from activities. It is yet unknown as to how long they will be on hiatus for, but they have not stated they will be disbanding. The message, issued on their official homepage, claims that "after the Budokan show, each member will concentrate on their own activity to be prepared for the band to restart in the future." The aformentioned Nippon Budokan show takes place on January 4th, 2010.

Piko is a popular singer on Nico Nico Douga, a video sharing website in Japan. He sings mostly VOCALOID cover songs but has also collaborated with other artists on Nico Nico Douga to cover non-VOCALOID songs such as "Don't Say Lazy" from K-ON! Piko is known for his large range and ability to sing high which occasionally gets him confused for a woman.

He debuted as an indie singer in 2009, but now he will challenge being a major singer. His major debut single "Story" PV stars takuya from アンティック-珈琲店- (An Cafe), Levin from La'cryma Christi and Intetsu from AYABIE.

Sug (typeset as SuG captioned with Heavy Positive Rock) are major Japanese rock band, formed in 2006.
SuG is a relatively new Oshare kei band signed to Pony Canyon and PS Company.

History

Sug was formed in October 2006 by Takeru, Masato and Yuji who had all been members of another band called Travel, and Shouta. The drummer Mitsuru then joined in November of the same year.

Shouta left the band in February and was replaced by Chiyu on bass. Their first release was "7th Breeze" on the compilation album Cannonball Vol. 03. The band signed to to the visual-kei label PS Company and in August released their first single, "Scheat".

Sug have recently released an EP entitled Love Scream Party. To promote their music outside of Japan, Sug performed at "J-Rock Invasion" in Germany alongside Kagrra, Kra, Alice Nine and Screw who are also signed to CLJ Records, a German label.

In 2010, Sug has also perform at Singapore for the SUNDOWN Festival 2010 together with J-rock band, LM.C and Korean bands F.CUZ and After School, in Singapore's Universal Studio.

Mitsuru departed from the band in May 9, 2009. It is supposed that Mitsuru left from citing creative differences to the other band members. At that time, Shinpei was their supporting drummer, and then became an official full-time member after Mitsuru left.

Name

The name "Sug" is derived from the transliteration of the English word "thug", written in Japanese as Sagu (サグ). The name is then simplified to the slightly more romantic "Sug".

Fukusuke (福助) is a Japanese electronic singer-songwriter from Kanagawa Prefecture in the visual-kei scene. He is known as the guitarist of the angura electro-rock band metronome, which went into an indefinite activity pause on May 31st, 2009. During his time in the group Fukusuke started his solo project, called ADAPTER., and debuted with the mini-album SOUND SELECT in July of 2005. He is currently signed with the independent label Happinet Music.
